Wet & Dry Blasting

Vapour or aqua blasting is a surface preperation process  used to remove rust, build up and debris from metal parts bringing them back to their original condition.

Vapour blasting is best suited for car and motorbike parts. 

Here's a classic motor cycle cylinder head, now factory fresh and ready for the rebuild. 

This classic Toyota MR2 brake calliper needed stripping back and rebuilding, with a quick sandblast and a new coat of paint they are as good as new. 

Freshening up existing parts using the vapour blaster keeps your vehicle in top condition. Taking off the surface rust stops ingress and prevents damage, allowing parts perform for longer.  

Blasting works on metal components of all shapes and descriptions. This door knocker had years of paint and rust obscuring the lions head. A quick sand blast and we are able to fully restore this ironmongey ready for it's new home.
